OUT NOW On All Streaming platforms: UHURU means freedom in Swahili which is widely spoken in East Africa. I understand freedom as something diverse, multidimensional, fundamental like love and it means something different to everyone else. I could have made this project very political because it is an ongoing issue, because it is in and remains relevant worldwide, because it is most expected because of my skin color and my ethnic background and foreground reason, because everyone would understand and empathize with it and because it would probably sell better. Even if I would not deny that most of the listed points play a role in the lyric writing, the visual is a slightly different nature. Because I want to show a different perspective. I want to show the diversity or the multidimensionality of things, of life as far as I can. I would like to project the freedom outside these political boxes that I feel inside me and Playfully inspire with life which is reflected in my art because we are so much more than we think. Let us have the freedom. Let us give ourselves the freedom to create everything we can be because we are everything and probably nothing! Uhuru. Remember " A piece of the puzzle is what you are! To be free is your birthright ! so do not demand but command, create and take your space from the inside out only you can be the change that you want to see so be love, for we are love so be everything and nothing, because we are creation creating itself we are UHURU now and for eternity
